The essential of Praying, as a Catholic your duty is to pray at all times. As Jesus said do not be weary of pray. In all things put God, as he sees it all. The question of the mind is, too much of anything is bad for you. Therefore, we say do things in moderation. Not praying, as praying is Spiritual. A pray can rejuvenate you daily, the best pray thus far is the Holy Rosary. As this prayer are the stages of Jesus Life. As a Christian remember we subjugate ourselves to God. Thus, praying give you humility as you will need it to prosper. Life is a gift, every day on earth should be cherish therefore we must pray to center ourselves. Remember you only call the Lord God, only when you need the attention. As God is not like us but using the power when necessary. Lastly, God will not do, what man can do for themselves.
